The New Year has started off very well for us. Thanks to all of the snow that we got this week, we have had a lot of extra family time. And while I do not have any new sessions to post, I will post some before and after pictures taken of my beautiful daughter out in the snow.
She was not much on smiling for the camera at first, but then I found that she thought it was hilarious if I slid and fell on the ice. So the laughter and the beautiful smiles just started rolling as did her mom in the ice and snow.
Ok so I obviously did not save all of the SOOC shots, so I will have to go with the closet ones that I do have. This above was SOOC and while I do like it as is, it just does not have that pop that I am looking for.
Here is pretty much the same exact shot, just some level adjustments. You can see that made the colors pop a lot more. The only problem with this, was once I adjusted the levels her face was pretty pink so I adjusted the redness of her face as well.
Now with this one I used the above file and just converted to black and white. I think that the black and white is my favorite, but I love black and white pictures anyways.
